BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SALES CONTEST WITH CAMSENSE YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

CONTEST DEFINED: CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE are offering a sales performance contest for its affiliates and webmasters registered with CAMSENSE who create the most amount of qualified sign-ups between June 1, 2007 and September 30, 2007.

SIGN-UP DEFINED: A qualified sign-up is defined as a new customer registration on any of CC Networks family of websites that results in that customer purchasing some video time.

ELIGIBILITY DEFINED: Any and all registered affiliates and webmasters of the CAMSENSE Affiliate Program are eligible to participate. Webmasters and Affiliates must be 18 years old to participate in the contest (21 in AL, MS, NE, WY, and any other location where 18 is not the age of majority). Employees or family of employees of CC Network, Camsense or any of its network of companies, are not eligible to participate in this contest. Winners of past competitions in 2007 are not eligible to win the Webmaster of the year award 2007.

CONTEST MANAGEMENT DEFINED: The contest is solely conducted and managed by CC Network / Camsense.

CONTEST DATES DEFINED: The contest dates for calculating qualified sign-ups produced by a registered affiliate or webmaster will be from June 1, 2007 to September 30, 2007 (23:59 EST).

PRIZES DEFINED: One CAMSENSE WEBMASTER will be awarded the winner of a new Porsche 911. CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE reserves the right and its sole discretion to pay the winner $73,195 in place of presenting the winners with the Porsche 911.

WINNER DEFINED: A total audit and calculation will be conducted by October 15, 2007 of all qualified sign-ups produced and contributed by all CAMSENSE webmasters and affiliates. One winner will be selected based on producing the most number of qualified sign-ups during the competition period. The three runner-ups will be awarded $1,000 cash prizes.

AWARD PARTICIPATION DEFINED: It will be the sole discretion of CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE to define the time and place the contest award will be announced and delivered. Contest winners must agree to participate in promotional events including photographs and video recording and broadcast of the presentation of the prizes. CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE shall be entitled to use those photographs and recordings for marketing purposes in its own discretion. Contest winners must also agree to have their name used in connection with the contest and prizes.

POSTING RESULTS DEFINED: Throughout the year, CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE will post affiliate names in the top 20 month to month. These posting of results from month to month will be estimates and not deemed as specific audited results. These posted amounts will be estimates based on information available at the time of publishing such data. True measurement will be conducted at the end of the contest period as defined in paragraph 7 above.

WINNERS NOTIFICATION DEFINED: CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE will contact the contest winners by email or telephone once winning results are conclusive. Once CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE has deemed that all contest requirements have been fulfilled, the contest winners shall be announced on publicly (method will be the sole discretion of CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE). The winners of the Prizes will be responsible for any and all taxes that is required within their jurisdiction of residency.

DISQUALIFICATION DEFINED: In the event that the winners have not complied with these contest rules or otherwise committed fraud in respect of this contest, or is terminated as a CAMSENSE webmaster or affiliate by CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE during the contest, or prior to the presentation of the prizes, shall be disqualified from the contest.

INDEMNIFICATION DEFINED: As a participant of this contest, CAMSENSE webmasters and affiliates release and hold harmless CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or prizes.

TAX PAYMENT & OTHER COSTS DEFINED: All taxes (sales tax, property tax, license tax, VAT, income tax, withholding tax etc.) and other governmental fees applicable to the winners of prizes associated with this contest (whether automobiles or cash) are the complete responsibility of the winners. If there are applicable tax laws require withholding tax to be paid on the prize, CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE reserves the right to (1) require the winners to first pay the tax to CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE before receiving the prize and (2) file any required reports with the relevant tax authorities. Additionally, winners of the contest will be solely responsible for any related expenses to receipt of the prizes not excluding limitation for licensing costs, governmental emissions/safety standards improvements or charges, insurance premiums and/or costs/fees in connection with shipping the automobiles or any other fees associated with receipt of the prizes.

EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED DISCLOSURES DEFINED:

CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE disclaim any and all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, regarding automobile prizes.

CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE shall be entitled to amend these official rules based on its sole discretion.

CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE is entitled at its discretion to cancel the contest and participants agree that they shall not be entitled to any compensation in case of cancellation.

In the event that CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE effects access or proper accountabilities due to system failures which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
CC NETWORK / CAMSENSE assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries and/or data related to the contest.
